Demonstration of the “Vinc Pose!”

The Vinc Pose is something that all Bunnies should already be more than aware of – but for the uninitiated, it might be wise to pay attention to any Bunny taking such a pose for failing to do so could result in sparks as well as Carrots flying!!

The pose itself is used to express ones distaste with something (or perhaps someone) and certainly not a sight that should be left unnoticed by those close by. It will often be followed by slight head twists towards the offending problem, followed by slow cursory glances up and down before moving the head back to the peek position with arms folded tightly.

It cannot be reiterated enough that a Bunny expressing themselves in such a way should be taken seriously to avoid potential anger management issues, and for all those within the party to ask serious questions of themselves!

The pose itself takes its name from the Bunny who, upon discovering that his personal stash of Carrots had been stolen by a would-be-thief, began to grow angry and incensed and took on the pose for no less thirteen carrot munching days in protest of the poor misfortune that had befallen him!

It became such an event in all of Bunny land that bunnies came from far and wide just to take pictures of the ViNC in all his glory and offer carrots towards those that had gone missing. He ended up with more ripe carrots than he could ever wish for, taking even further delight when soon after the Carrot rustler was caught and put in the mines where he now makes certain seeds are polished and nurtured to assure a good long harvest.

As a side note, there is a bank holiday held every August to commemorate the local harvest whereby after eating a carrot and downing some fruity Carrot Mango Juice, everyone takes on a ViNC pose before breaking out in fits of laughter and toasting one of our favourite bunnies. The pose is seen as bringing good fortune to those who take it and bad to those that cause it! You will often see farmers arranging their scarecrows in the style of a ViNC pose to be sure that their crops are protected and carrots long and plentiful.
