Week in Review; Find me a Croissant Edition

You need only to take a short wander through Bunny land before discovering an eccentric character or two. Perhaps you’ll have the good fortune (though some might argue otherwise) of bumping into our resident eccentric, Coasterfreak. Not only would you come away from the experience with your head spinning-a-plenty, but feel all the more refreshed and enlightened for the wealth of knowledge discovered along the way. Perhaps instead, Plums is your cup of tea – a fun loving character with penchant for wearing the occasional French Beret, climbing the Eiffel tower and screaming ‘Viva La Bunnyland!’ to all that will listen. Whatever tickles your Carrots, and tickles they do – there is something for everyone. That being the case lets settle down with a delicious slice of review, a cup of tea and some marshmallow carrots before journeying on..

Bouncing up and down Bunny land on foot is one thing – two if you count the actual feet we bounces with, or three if you get someone else to do the bouncing for you. But what’s even better and more fun than bouncing around is taking a spin in a top of the range sporty vehicle with some of your favourite chums. It’s a rush of an experience that no Bunny should be without, and no surprise that fun and japes are soon to be had with all manner of strange characters that are to be met along the way..

ViNC Van Gogh, a widely respected impressionist painter from many years ago-go. Largely known for his wonderful masterpieces (“Bunny Over Silhouetted Hills” being a personal favourite  of ours) but known by most for his missing ear, on account of an accidentally-on-purpose removing of the blooming thing during a fit of rage over a difficult level. Modern day ViNC, who shares the same ancestry yet bares none of the artistic integrity is seen here (middle) being given disapproving looks after stealing a work of art moments earlier then concealing it on top of his hat. Suffice to say he brought shame on the family name .. Paint them ViNC!

Joe shows that not all Bunnies that look like Butter would not melt in their mouth are without that certain bit of  aggressive quality that goes a long way in troublesome moments. Misty finally comes face to face (of sorts) with the mystery carrot rustler that had seemingly taken a fancy to his organic Carrot patch!

Roach introduces Catie to some of his new dance moves, whilst Peaches takes receipt of her new 3D TV and gives a resounding paws-up for fancy tech! “The level of realism is second to none. It’s as if I could touch the ears and the nose!” – Yes, Quite!

If there is one thing Misty is good for its level creation .. that and upsetting Coaster, but primarily levels.. and upsetting Coaster. He churns them out at an alarming rate that simply beggars belief. Put him in a room with Coaster and say, “Create.. Create” and you can be sure as carrots are carrots that the competitive tension between them will build to such a seismic state that what results is a beautiful  fusion of a level design that defies all logic. Each then goes through the ritual of blaming the other for things that went ‘oh-so-wrong’ and take credit for all that went ’oh-so-well’. However, one thing that Misty is not-so-good for .. and its certainly no slight to say this, is driving a blooming vehicle!! What should have turned into a delightful trip with Plums, soon ended up with said vehicle in said state! Better stick to level creation and steering boats Misty!

Giant ants are not uncommon in Bunny land and generally treated with the utmost respect. They are capable of carrying many times their own body weight for example, which makes them excellent delivery and removal experts. So the next time you see one, be sure to tip your head in respect and offer a nice friendly greeting for all of the good work they do ..

In a further twist to the Oil disaster currently befalling far-far-away-way; more Bunnies have been sent over to stem the flow of the broken pipe after previously methods to contain the leak failed.

In what is surely a triumph for Bunnies and A.T.B.A.S.T.L, all of which worked tirelessly to discover the exact nature of the problem; namely a  a screw needing 3 twists to the left and one to the right.. all now seems to be well and fine and our lovely lands can breathe a sigh of relief once more.

Silver (top right) pays his Bunny friends a visit, regaling tales and gossip from far-far-away-way. Arabian Bunnies continue to appear seeking out magic lamps and flying carpets.

DevStar  shows why her hand picked Carrots, so carefully nurtured and selected – are amongst some of the most sought after munches the land will ever see. Not only that, but she always has a carrot or two at the ready for a quick munch! The perfect adventuring companion .. ViNC continues to bemoan is failing keyboard, blaming Adolf for sitting on it longer than he should.

When the sun shines, it shines – obviously – and there is nothing better than to head down to the beach during such times for some sun, sand, sea, frolics and a fight to see who can get the best sun lounger! (Plums cheated!) –  Then its time to move on to sandcastle making competition.

Travelling Bunnies move from location to location setting up camp for a few days, offering fun-a-plenty with their circus act before moving on to pastures new. If you happen to discover them in your area be sure to take a peek before they scarper .. they offer their own unique brand of entertainment that simply should not go amiss.

The travelling circus offers magical moments-a-plenty, such as the extra-tall-boy with doggie, or the extra large-lady with horse whispering ability and welcoming smile..

Baby Tyler (middle, far right) shows concern over his smallness to be well founded.. although soon grows back to normal plump-size after a few carrots too many..

Catie shows off her new collection of games, whilst 2K discovers  that we are not alone – something he would have known had he bothered to look around. Pasper gains access to a secret facility – that proved to be anything but secret – believed to be experimenting on rather-large-carrots ™ using a unique formula said to be based on planet sterols derived from nuts of  paper; or is that papaya? Anyway, providing there is no loss of taste we do not think it poses much of a problem.

Dep + Co show off their new high-tech home with a super fanciful audio-system, compromising of some of the biggest woofers (and then some) known to bunny land .. best not to be around when the system is switched on though, on account of the potential hazards posed, such as blowing you to kingdom come and back! Dep also shows his love for all things Apple related.

Chase, always one for a clean environment (drop a tissue paper and see his wrath unfold!) shows off his high-powered vacuum cleaner. The only concern being for ones health, not necessarily for the room; on account of the sheer noise it makes, but also the fumes it gives off! Best to wear a mask when around it! Maybe something a little smaller Chase?

We’ve reached the end of this weeks WIR and therefore send you off on your merry travels with a picture of Coaster all-a-smiling! It’s not often that you get him on such good form, so lets all enjoy it whilst it lasts – for he will be back to his less than jolly self before you can call him a miserable-carrot-muncher!
