Week in Review; What a bunch of Characters Edition

Time to settle down once again for another week of Bunny shenanigans as we take another look at some of the fun, japes and personalities that made this weeks review happen.

Mishaps and Misty go together like chalk and carrots. Fine if you have the palette for it, but not so fine if your taste buds are a little more accustomed to the finer culinary delights. Still, putting Baby Bun Bun in a room with Baby Misty, then adding 15 minutes of intense bashing over sharing of toys.. you get to that certain stage when you realise ‘fun and sharing’ is simply the best option. If only wars could be settled this way! Having said that, Baby BB is not taking responsibility of the mess that was made in Misty’s pod.

If there is ever trouble in the land that cannot be settled with a game of ‘slice-the-carrot’ (whoever slices it the thinnest wins, its age old and never fails) then there is only one alternative – and thats to send the Bunny Special Ops forces in to take control and restore law and order to the region once more. They do so with mean and moody faces and some of the best poses known to a Special Ops force.

It’s on a rare occasion one comes across a Bunny that does everything in his power to not come out of his little burrow, you can be sure he’s had a bad hair day and simply does not wish to be seen; save for the fact he needs his daily carrot munching sustenance and will make sure his shopping list will be heard.

Mountain climbing is such a arduous task but soooo very rewarding .. particularly when you reach the top and get to see all the lovely landscapes down below and get that sense of wonderment from those oh-so-special moments. The thrill is always in the journey … which is something ViNC should bear in mind as he always fails to begin the blooming thing, spending too much time V-Posing instead!

It was once said by a clever person at A.T.B.A.S.T.L that ,”If the Boo disappears from the face of the earth, we would only have four more years to live”. This raised fierce debate and carrot munching amongst the upper echelons, largely championed by Coaster suggestion what was actually said was the word “Bee” ..  But in any event, it was agreed that the Boo would be added to the protected species list and welcomed whenever she appeared in the land.

Bunnies love nothing more than soaring the sky in all manner of compelling and wondrous contraptions.. with most preferring a relaxing balloon ride, after first having customised their balloon in all manner of styles and then taking off for fun-a-plenty! Some of the best fun to be had.

It is a known-known that Bunnies simply adore dancing about the land and spreading joy-a-plenty (coaster, take note) – but outside of that, little is known that they also love to actually make music and not just any old music either! Classical music .. just place a Bunny before a piano and listen as note after perfect note is played. Joshy (middle) pictured before showing the way through an arduous Egyptian adventure and living to tell the tale. BBunBun and BMisty agree to disagree about the most delicious carrot recipe..

When wandering the land you often come in contact with characters that ask for assistance, such as a sheep that felt it was a little too warm to be wearing his jumper and needed help with sheering. Admittedly, he might not have had the best of trims, but at least assistance was offered and dually appreciated.

Heavy Brain (currently showing in a cinema near you) – tells the true story of Noir Bunny and the ill-fated “missing year” and subsequent capture of mob boss Bellucci Da’Brain. We prefer the book if truth be told, but for movie buffs that just wish to see the story played out on the big screen it might just be worth watching.

When investigating a crime it pays to do so in the murkiest of setting for mood and pace – and never be more tan a carrots throw away from a phone booth. Otherwise, how on earth would the villains get in contact with you and make subsequent demands?

If there is trail to be followed and a clues to be found you can be sure that no stone will be left unturned until the job is done.

Chase continues D.I.Y of his new home.. although concern still remains over some of the industrial tools he has been seen using.

Coaster, hiding meekly behind a tree finds favour with a little mouse who feels similarly down, offering to keep him company in his time of need. ViNC gets into the World Cup Spirit with an overly large football under the premise that scoring will be slightly easier; whilst Peaches denounces soccer and instead favour of the ‘balance-on-two-cherrys’ game instead.

Tyler makes a triumphant return back to Command .. whilst Roach & Silver gave 2K & E the most surreal experience of their life on the “magical mystery tour”  - and one that could be argued may never be surpassed!

Arabian Plums takes her pet Dragon for his daily walk and soon finds that she has a little more cleaning up to do than she first imagined.

Bunnies come in all shapes and sizes which in turn create such a diverse and varied land.. some plump, some small .. some round, some tall with all colours and personalities in between. On rare occasions one can be taken aback by some of the trends developing – such as the ‘goggle eyes’ currently in vogue with a certain quirky bunny.

Baby Faced Misty continues to wonder when his hair will begin to grow.. and takes to heart comments that he might just be follically challenged.

Peaches finds to time to share her discovery of a little friendly frog .. whilst Passper shows off the battle-ratz craze sweeping far-far-away way. Not quite sure it will take off here, but provided some degree of fun nevertheless.

It’s not often that you meet a Big Bunny Boss character when out and about  - but when you do what is striking is that they can be rather charming characters, such as this chap doing his utmost to protect his prized carrot and meaning no harm whatsoever.

We cannot end this weeks review without mentioning some of the concerns of Coaster, who wishes to allay suggestions that he can be anything but a little ray of sunshine wrapped up in a compact furry topping with lashings of wisdom and jollyment; and being anything but ‘Grumpy’. Having said that, its true to say that under the premise of ‘say what you see.. and see what you say’, he does appear to have an incriminating frying pan in his hands (with not a sautéed carrot in sight). Furthermore, Plums being bashed several times by said pan and then Coaster heading for the hills in what can only be described as a ‘less-than-happy-state’ is not going to help change the view immediately. But he did come back with some really nice honey and was more than willing to share with his chums.
